  • Dr. Anjali Bandekar, DVM, BVSc & AH

    Dr. Anjali Bandekar, graduated from Bombay Veterinary College, India and subsequently earned a Master's Degree in Animal Surgery from Great Britain's Royal Veterinary College in 1999.

    She built her experience by working at an animal clinic in Mumbai, India for over 2 years before moving to England to gain her Master's degree.

    Before starting her own practice (New Britain Veterinary Clinic) she was working for over 6 years with Pleasant Valley Animal Hospital in Coopersburg, PA and prior to that for 2 years with SPCA in Philadelphia, PA.

    After settling in the New Britain area Dr Bandekar decided to pursue her love for animals and global experience by opening New Britain Veterinary Clinic in the community.

    Her specialty is in dog and cat medicine and surgery with special interest in orthopedic surgery.

    She lives with her husband and two daughters.

    Head Veterinary Nurse/ Practice Manager
    Jenny joined New Britain Veterinary Clinic in 2010. She has been in the veterinary field since 1987 starting off in the kennel and working her way up to Head Veterinary Nurse. In addition to her nursing duties Jenny is also our Practice Manager. She is married and has two daughters Kailee and Harlow. She also has three cats, and two dogs

    Veterinary Specialty Surgeon 
    Dr. Angilla Cooley is a wide range surgeon surgeon here at New Britain Veterinary Clinic. She varies in all types of procedures, such as orthopedic, general, soft tissue, and specialties. 

    She is the co-founder and CEO of "Cool Vet LLP", and works as a travelling veterinarian.

    Jessica Simon is New Britain Veterinary Clinic's Groomer. Jess has been grooming for 18 years, and is also an active foster for Logan's Heroes Animal Rescue. She is a bee keeper, and sells chicken eggs. She has three rescue dogs and one rescue cat.
