She built her experience by working at an animal clinic in Mumbai for over 2 years before moving to the US. Before starting her own practice (New Britain Veterinary Clinic) she worked for 2 years at the Philadelphia SPCA and went on to work for over 6 years with Pleasant Valley Animal Hospital in Coopersburg, PA. Dr Bandekar opened New Britain Veterinary Clinic in 2010. Her specialty is in small animal medicine and surgery. In addition to being a veterinary technician she is getting her certification as a medical assistant (CCMA). Raina does research in aging, specifically in metabolic pathways that can be manipulated to make us humans (and animals) live longer!
